8. Intellectual Property

All architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and other documents produced by CLAD remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment of fees, clients receive a license to use the documents for the specific project for which they were created.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and as specified in our client agreements. We maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance to the levels required by our professional registration boards.

10. Jurisdiction

Our services are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, except where projects are located in other jurisdictions where local laws may apply.
