Decolonising the architectural curriculum

A composite pedagogical programme—drawing on the Radical Pedagogies project, the African Futures Institute, decolonial thinkers (Mignolo, Escobar, Smith) and #RhodesMustFall student movements—that contests the Eurocentric canon transmitted by the survey textbook and the studio, foregrounding situated, plural and African-diasporic knowledge.
