Founded NLE in 2010 (Amsterdam/Lagos). Makoko Floating School, Lagos (designed 2011, built 2013), 220 sq m on 256 plastic drums; collapsed in a storm in 2016; iterated as MFS II at the 15th Venice Biennale 2016, where it received the Silver Lion. Shortlisted for the Aga Khan Award for Architecture 2016.
